Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, it may be inspected by customs authorities.
You may incur an import fee if you are an international customer. In this instance, you must pay this fee directly to customs to release your parcel to the local distribution network to complete the delivery.
Please check the customs website of the receiving country for information about rates & fees. If you are charged import fees, please send us a photocopy of the receipt within 30 days of payment. You may contact our Customer Service Team by submitting a request.
We now offer customers the option of a full tax reimbursement service for a small fee. This option can be selected at the checkout stage. Customers who select this option will be entitled to a full import tax reimbursement in the form of store credit.
For orders without this option selected, our standard reimbursement policy is as follows:
Order value is £99.99 or under, we will credit your Unineed Credit Account up to £5.
Order value is £100 - £199.99, we will credit your Unineed Credit Account up to £10.
Order value is £200 and over, we will credit your Unineed Credit Account up to £15.

Store Credit must be used within 90 days of issue
