You may choose to return any order or item within 14 days of receiving your parcel to be eligible for a refund.
Please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and reason for return. If eligible we will provide a return authorisation and details of how to return.

In order to ensure your return parcel is processed as efficiently as possible, please make sure to enclose a note of the following:
- Order Number
- Name & address
- Reason for return
We recommend you to use a tracked return method and retain proof of posting.
Unineed cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return postage.
If your parcel is being returned for the following reasons, you will only be eligible for refund to Store Credit:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details were provided.
The parcel was not collected with the retention period.
You are no longer at the shipping address and have moved within the estimated delivery time.
The parcel was refused due to the non-payment of import tax.
- The parcel was returned by customs due to exceeding personal allowance.

Returns may only be accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging, with any tags still attached.
*We are unable to accept returns of customised or "made to order" products.*
In the interest of health and hygiene we do not accept returns of clothing, pierced earrings/jewellery or any baby products unless the product is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
