UK SHIPPING
We process orders in our warehouse from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday. 

We endeavor to ship parcels within 1-2 working days depending on stock availability, but please allow for extra time during this busy period due to a high volume of orders.

Orders will normally arrive in 2-5 working days after dispatch. Next day delivery orders will normally arrive between 1-2 working days after dispatch. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland and Scottish Islands can take between 3 - 7 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Please Note: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
Working Days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

If you intend to move address within the expected delivery time frame after dispatch, we cannot be held liable.


We offer free tracked delivery on all orders over £20.00.

We offer delivery for orders via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days but please allow for extra time during this busy period due to a high volume of orders. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses.

Please check dispatching time of product. For products with a longer dispatch time, we will ship your order Tracked Express once we receive it from our suppliers.

Our Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation of dispatch email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION
Royal mail deliver Monday to Saturday.

Royal Mail will always try to deliver items on the first attempt, this may include leaving it at the property in a safe place or with a neighbour, however if this isn’t suitable, customers can use the Royal Mail app to stop this from happening at the address.

Royal Mail would then return the item back to their Delivery Office and leave a card with instructions for the customer to collect it.
Royal mail parcels sit for up to 18 days at the collection office before being returned to sender.
