Here is a short summary of what your order status means:
- Processing: your order has been received and is awaiting dispatch
- Hold: your order has been placed on hold awaiting further information
- On back order: we are awaiting the item arriving from our supplier. Please refer to the dispatch time for this item on our website
- Shipped: your order has been dispatched and a shipping email sent to you
