Import Duties and Taxes

All parcels are shipped from Glasgow, mainland UK to your chosen country of destination.

Countries within the EU

Please note, 150 EUROS is the threshold for duties to be applicable for purchases from the UK.

For orders less than the value of 150 EUROS,  These orders will be shipped delivery duty paid (DDP). Although parcels are shipped DDP, please note sometimes delays in delivery can be caused by customs clearances and checks. These are beyond our control.

For orders greater than the value of 150 EUROS, customs fees may be applicable. You will be contacted either by the delivery company or the local customs office if fees are applicable to your order. UNINEED accepts no responsibility for these fees, they will need to be paid by yourself prior to the delivery of your order.

All countries outside of the EU

All international orders sent to countries outside the EU are shipped on a delivery duties unpaid (DDU) basis and may be subject to import duties and local taxes. Please check your nations customs regulations prior to purchase to determine if fees will be applicable.
